Solamiri ("we", "us") operates the Solamiri platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

- From Google OAuth: your name, email address and profile photo URL
- From your profile: city, bio and social links you choose to add
- Usage data: events you create or join, reviews you receive, reliability score
How we use it
- To create and display your profile to other community members
- To enable event participation, chat and notifications
- To calculate your reliability score based on attendance confirmations
Who sees your data
Your name, city, bio, reliability score and received tags are visible to other registered users. Your email is never shown publicly.
Third parties
- Google: sign-in only (Google privacy policy)
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting in the EU
- Umami: cookieless analytics — no personal data collected
Retention
Your data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Your rights (GDPR)
- Access and rectification: edit your profile at any time from the app
- Erasure: delete your account from profile settings — all data is permanently removed
- Portability and complaint: contact us at info@tavolo.app or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
